Terms of Service - VitaGuidance

1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of life guidance and executive awareness programs, digital materials, and goods provided by VitaGuidance (the “Company”). 2. Services

VitaGuidance offers live sessions and coaching in life guidance and executive awareness. Sessions are scheduled upon mutual agreement.

2.1 Scheduling and Changes

You may reschedule a session up to 24 hours before its start time at no additional cost. Requests for changes can be made via our contact form.

2.2 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a session will be eligible for a full refund, credited to the original method used for booking. Cancellations under 24 hours are treated as attended and are not eligible for a refund, as resources have been allocated for your session.

3. Digital Products

Digital products include ebooks, courses, and downloads provided electronically.

3.1 Delivery

Access is granted immediately upon confirmation of the purchase.

3.2 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of electronic delivery, digital products are final. No refund is available once access has been granted. If there is a technical issue preventing access, please contact us within 7 days via our contact form for support.

4. Goods

Physical items offered by VitaGuidance.

4.1 Shipping and Receipt

Goods are shipped within 5 business days of order confirmation.

4.2 and Refund Procedures

You may send back unused goods within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition. To initiate an or refund, use our contact form for approval and instructions. The cost of shipping for a return is the responsibility of the purchaser. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a refund credited to the original method within 10 business days.

5. Limitation of Liability

VitaGuidance is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of any service, product, or good.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
